IRWA Chapter 2 President / International Director, Craig Murray, SR/WA
As a Development Project Manager II for the City of Richmond, City Manager’s Office, Craig manages the Base Closure and Conversion of former USA Point Molate Naval Fuel Depot. He also oversees the City of Richmond Marina Lease, manages the City’s Contaminated Parcels, and serves as City Asset Management and Real Property Officer. He is an elected Board Member and Immediate Past President of Las Gallinas Valley Sanitary District, current Vice Chair on the Marin Local Agency Formation Commission, and Secretary on the Marin County Special Districts Association. Craig has been an IRWA member since 1999, including prior memberships in Chapters 57 and 62 before moving to Chapter 2. Craig is the current Chapter 2 President, and he regularly attends monthly luncheons and has attended Chapter events such as the Fall and Spring Forums in Santa Barbara, San Jose, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City. Craig volunteers with Marin Safe Routes to School on improving a path right of way under Highway 101 to the Venetia Valley Elementary School.
